Review:
Danzante Eco-Resort is a 100% solar powered eco-resort in a remote seaside bay near Loreto Baja Mexico. Sits on and promotes the Loreto Marine Preserve. The buildings of handmade adobe bricks from materials found on the land and natural palm leaf roofs blend into the nature scape almost invisible. They have an organic garden onsite, which along with the items provided by local fishing, ranches and farms, provide the awesome food for the meals served at the resort. Could have never left our private terrace (all rooms have them). The stars are brilliant, and the ocean view just never quits.

Other environmental steps they take are no shower cutains (no VOC's from plastic or places for mold to collect) and water limiters on the shower heads. You bring your own shampoo etc so there ar no little trashy bottles to dispose of. With all the scenic beauty did not need flowers in the rooms, each room in decorated to a 'T' with things that don't perish.

The best part is the owners know everything about the Baja whether it is whale watching or kayaking as they have done it all and have written the books to prove it. Encourage Michael to talk about his previous excursions and you have your entertainment for the evening.

Truly a place to escape to. It's only a 2 hour flight from Los Angeles, California, yet it feels a million miles away and is the perfect antidote for civilization.
