I stayed here in January from the 5-12th. The recycling program is implemented by the staff, who meticulously separate the garbage and give it to recycling people who come by. The building materials are not green (concrete mostly), but I was told this was a building that's nearly 80 years old. They have great "Do not disturb" tags with the reverse asking people to help preserve Vietnam's environment. Plus they work with eco-friendly tour agencies. In a country with serious pollution issues, they're making a small but vital step in the right direction.
