This hotel has many lovely touches, not the least of which is plants and flowers in the guestrooms and the lobby and common areas.

With compact fluorescent bulbs, an energy management system operated by your room key, and a sheet and towel reuse program, this hotel is saving lots of energy. They are saving water too with their water conserving bathroom fixtures and their linen program.

However, this was one of the few hotels on my trip that lined their wastebaskets with a plastic bag. I hate that wastefulness!

There are lots of lovely touches and wonderful service here. I wish I'd had more time to spend both in the hotel and in this interesting city.
